Our Refund Policy

Our products are of a high quality, however if the following occurs you are entitled to a full refund, or exchange. It’s your choice.

  • items are faulty (before or after use)
  • items are unfit for their purpose –they won’t do what you reasonably expected them to do
  • don’t match the description or sample shown

Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
